The Safe Sippy is a stainless steel straw-based 11oz sippy cup created by concerned parents. The Safe Sippy is made from clean, inert and non-leaching medical grade stainless steel. So what you put in is what you get out!
The Safe Sippy also features a great rubbery sleeve to provide a comfortable grip for baby and help prevent dents. All plastic used is certified free of Bisphenol A, DEHA and phtahlates.
The Safe Sippy is available in blue, green and pink. The actual color is pastel, not as bright as the picture.

Q. Is it a standard straw bottle?
A. It is not a standard straw bottle. It is a true sippy cup with a “straw-like” spout.
Q. Is it leak proof?
A. The Safe Sippy is not completely leak proof. That is to say, if you turn it upside down and shake it, water will drip out. But it has a no-spill valve inside the cap, so if the cup is knocked over by a child, water is not going to come pouring out. You may get a drop or two; if you didn’t, a child wouldn’t be able to get liquid out either.
Q. Is the spout hard or soft?
A. The spout is hard. That is because of the plastic we use – polypropelene. PP is harder than plastics that contain things like Bisphenol A.
