We offer free standard ground shipping for orders over $49 within the continental U.S.

We offer flat rate shipping for all continental U.S. orders. Shipping method is our choice. Average shipping times 3-7 business days (not including handling time). All orders must include a street address.

Shipping Times

In stock orders usually leave our office in 2 to 3 business days, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. You will be contacted in case of delayed shipping or back-ordered products.

Order Changes

Please email us at info@thesoftlanding.com with order changes right away and we will do our best to make revisions to your order if possible. If you require more than a one or two changes made to your order, we may require that your original order be canceled and a new order be placed to expedite the process.
