The claim: "No-spill, no-leak convenience for individuals with an active lifestyle."
The verdict: Even an "active lifestyle" that includes dropping the mug off the car seat onto the car floor couldn't beat this device. It may well be the most leak-proof cup ever. Not a drop was spilled in any of the tough-love slams we gave the mug. The trick is to read the directions and press the Autoseal button when the tumbler is upright before lifting it to drink. That releases built-up pressure. The button is in a rather awkward position, but the lack of leaks makes the operation worthwhile. Contigo says the mug will keep hot beverages hot for four hours and cold liquids cold for 12 hours. The little darlin' did just that.
